1. Schedule an appointment by filling out the form below. Reaching out doesn't mean you're committing to counseling or payment. We'll have a brief initial phone consult to discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit. We will then email you several forms for you to fill out and provide information about our policies and costs of treatment.
2. At your initial appointment we will get to know one another and make a decision about whether proceeding on the therapy journey together is appropriate. Any and all questions about the counseling process are fair game!
3. We will identify your goals for counseling and execute a plan together over our next sessions.
